MAYA is a luxury resort by the Marriott chain, located in Zanzibar, that invites guests into an immersive experience of restorative luxury and self-discovery. The brand’s philosophy centers on the harmony of opposites: release and recharge, light and shadow, serenity and energy; offering a deeply sensorial, reflective journey. This project focused on turning that philosophy into a powerful digital presence.

  • Brand Voice, Brand Strategy, Messaging, Copywriting, Social Media Strategy.

    • Developed the social media creative concept: “Timeless Duality.”

    • Created a comprehensive strategy book, streamlining content planning, brand voice, tone, formats, platform guidelines, and performance metrics.

    • Defined brand pillars and translated them into themed content categories, formats, and ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and ads.

    • Built editorial and media strategy, including post timing, platform optimization, and visual guidelines.

    • Created descriptive texts for bios, benchmark brand analysis, and visual narrative themes.

Brand Voice & Social Media Strategy

I built a digital content ecosystem for MAYA, developing its voice, structure, and visual expression through a comprehensive strategy book. My goal was to translate the resort’s philosophy of balance and luxury into a cohesive, scalable content strategy that drives storytelling, digital identity, and guest experience across platforms.
